Have your valid South African ID, recent proof of income and bank statements covering the most recent three months where available. For variable income, you may need more information to explain the pattern. Names and account details should be consistent.
Make documents readable
Use clear, complete copies with all pages included. Do not crop away transaction dates, alter amounts or remove information needed for assessment. Check the application service’s supported formats and file-size limits before uploading.
Why documents may be requested
They help verify identity, income, bank ownership and affordability. A document request does not mean the application is approved. Ask what is needed if an item is rejected or cannot be verified.
Send them safely
This website does not accept document uploads. Only use the independently verified application channel. Do not send a PIN, password or OTP with any document. Check the destination first.
