Programme rules version ZA-2026-10-28. South Africa. These public rules must be read together with the quotation for a new loan.
1. Programme and product
Lendeka Together applies to Lendeka short-term loans in South Africa. The creditor named in your agreement is responsible for verifying eligibility and applying the benefit. Verify the operator against the registration information before entering an agreement.
2. Eligibility
An applicant must be at least 18, satisfy the product requirements and have fully repaid at least one Lendeka loan within the 24 months preceding the date of the new agreement. Full repayment includes early settlement. Outstanding or written-off balances do not count as a fully repaid loan. One active Lendeka loan at a time applies.
3. The benefit
The initiation fee on an eligible, newly approved loan is reduced by R30.00, including any applicable VAT. The reduction cannot exceed the initiation fee. The standard R60.00 fee therefore becomes R30.00. A fee of R20.00 would be reduced to R0.00, with no balance paid out or carried forward. A product with no initiation fee has no monetary reduction.
Interest and service fees are not increased to offset the benefit. The comparison uses the same amount, term and ordinary returning-customer price. Statutory pricing limits apply independently and are not a Together reward.
4. Every application is assessed
Previous borrowing does not guarantee approval, a larger limit, a particular decision time or a payout. The creditor conducts credit and affordability checks each time. Selecting Together in the calculator is not enrolment or confirmation of eligibility.
5. Other promotions and changes
One voluntary price reduction applies per agreement. If another applicable offer gives a larger reduction, that offer applies instead; benefits are not stacked. Asking for a smaller amount or settling early does not by itself disqualify a customer. The final quotation must show the benefit and all resulting costs.
6. No new loan, no cash reward
If a new application is declined, withdrawn or not accepted, no new fee reduction is paid. The benefit has no cash value, is not transferable and is not a deposit or payment instrument. Access to support does not depend on participation.
7. Questions and corrections
Use the verified contact on your agreement. Identify the previous agreement, closure date and disputed quotation. Do not send a bank PIN or OTP. Ask for written confirmation of any correction. If unresolved, follow the complaints process.
8. Privacy and programme updates
Checking your history happens through the creditor’s existing application process. This website does not hold a personal loyalty balance or record eligibility. Reading this page does not subscribe you to marketing. See the website privacy notice.
New programme versions apply prospectively. A benefit already included in a concluded agreement is not removed retrospectively by changing this page. Your statutory rights and agreement continue to apply.
