A clearer conversation

Who is eligible?

You must have fully repaid at least one Lendeka loan within the 24 months before the new agreement. Participation is free. The new application must be approved following the usual assessment, and the benefit must be shown in the quotation.

The same loan, with a lower fee

The same R1 500 loan over one full month, at the same 3% monthly interest rate.

Without Together

R1 635.00

Total to repay
Initiation fee: R60.00

With Together

R1 605.00

Total to repay
Initiation fee: R30.00

R30.00 less to repay. No other fee increases.

Applies after at least one Lendeka loan has been fully repaid within the previous 24 months. A new application and affordability assessment are required. The reduction is capped at the initiation fee and cannot be paid in cash. Full programme rules.

How to check the benefit

  1. Keep the paid-up details of your previous Lendeka loan.
  2. If you need a new loan, use the verified application channel and identify your previous agreement.
  3. Review the new quotation. The R60 initiation fee should be reduced by R30 if you qualify.
  4. Ask for correction before accepting if an applicable benefit is missing.

The public calculator illustrates the price. It cannot confirm your personal eligibility, account history or approval.

Simple rules, available in full

A benefit, not a reason to borrow

No joining fee, no cash payout and no extra borrowing required to unlock levels. One voluntary pricing benefit per agreement; the better eligible offer applies if promotions overlap. A smaller loan or early settlement does not by itself remove eligibility.

Together questions

Do I need an account or a subscription?
No. Together has no separate account, subscription or membership payment. Eligibility is checked as part of a real application.
Can the R30 be paid to me?
No. It reduces the initiation fee, up to that fee’s value. It cannot become cash, a credit balance or a carried-over reward.
What if I borrow less next time?
A lower amount does not by itself remove eligibility. The new loan must still meet the programme and affordability conditions.
What if the application is declined?
No new agreement means no fee reduction to apply. It does not turn into a cash payment. Help and the budget planner remain available.
Does early repayment of my last loan count?
Yes. A previous loan that was fully settled early can meet the full-repayment condition. The creditor verifies the closure date and other criteria.
What if the benefit is wrong?
Ask the creditor to check the previous agreement and the new quotation. Keep copies and use the complaints process if the issue remains unresolved.
