Scope
This notice covers the public Lendeka website. An external application service has its own notice. Read it before supplying identity, income or bank information. This website has no application form or document upload.
Calculator, search and budget inputs
These tools run in your browser. Their entries are not submitted to a server, included in a referral link or saved in local or session storage. A browser may restore fields or keep files you print or save; protect those records on a shared device.
Website delivery
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site. Requests can include an IP address, time, browser information and requested path, used to deliver and secure the website. These are separate from the figures typed into the calculator. Cloudflare’s privacy policy describes its processing.
Partner-click counting
When you activate a partner link, our server records an aggregate click through the fleet dashboard. The request contains lendeka.co.za, the offer label and a fixed button location. Visitor IP addresses, incoming headers, cookies, identity information and tool entries are not forwarded. Daily click counters are retained for 45 days; reporting summaries may remain in the internal dashboard.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control requests are excluded. You can also choose whether this browser’s clicks are counted. This preference uses one first-party cookie and does not change the partner offer.
Partner-click counting is on unless your browser requests Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
External websites
Partner offers are reached through LeadGid. The link identifies Lendeka as the referring website, without your calculator figures or personal details. Once opened, the destination receives your browser request and applies its own privacy and cookie practices.
Information rights
For information relating to an existing loan, contact the responsible creditor using the details on your agreement. Ask for a secure channel for identity verification. The Information Regulator provides guidance on POPIA rights and complaints.
