Who publishes the information

Lendeka publishes the product information and money guides on this website. Guides carry Lendeka’s name as their organisational author. An author label or a review date does not imply an independent professional endorsement.

How calculations can be checked

The Lendeka repayment calculator and published repayment examples use the same calculation rules. Costs and fees explains the principal balance, interest, initiation fee, service fees and rounding. The quotation comparison tool adds figures from your own documents; it does not apply Lendeka’s rates to another creditor’s offer.

A result is not an affordability decision, an account balance or a personalised offer. Actual dates and partial periods can affect a quotation.

What the dates mean

“Content updated” records a change to the page. A source-check date records when the cited material was checked. They can differ: adding a tool or improving navigation does not mean every legal source has been reviewed again. The content update record describes material changes and the pages affected.

Checking a possible error

Keep the page address, the passage concerned and the source or calculation that appears to disagree. For a calculation, note the amount, term and displayed charges without including identity or bank information. Compare your own commitment with the current written offer, not an older illustration.

Questions about an existing agreement follow the verified contact on that agreement. The contact guidance explains the different routes. A website example cannot amend your agreement.
